Each participant receives:

  • Weekly 90 minute cohort strategy and resource meeting with Tracie Stanfield

  • Weekly individual artist/company foundational and managerial support

  • Customized action plan and weekly individual 30 minute meetings

  • Professional Pathway is designed for choreographers, independent artists and emerging dance companies who are ready to move beyond simply making work and begin building the structure that supports it.

  • Artists completing the Professional Pathway are invited to perform in New York City as guests of Synthesis DANCE Collective in May 2027
