Each participant receives:

  • Weekly 90 minute cohort strategy and resource meeting with Tracie Stanfield

    Sundays 6-7:30pmET

  • Weekly individual artist/company foundational and managerial support

  • Customized action plan and weekly individual 30 minute meetings

  • Dedicated office hours and resources for individual artists’ mission

  • Accountability and deadlines

  • Final showcase performance opportunity on November 14, 2026

  • Professional Pathway is designed for choreographers, independent artists and emerging dance companies who are ready to move beyond simply making work and begin building the structure that supports it.
